WILMER VALDERRAMA
Actor, activist and entrepreneur. Global ambassador for the USO with over 20 years of service. Co-founded Harness, a community of artists, influencers and leaders inspiring global action and powering change. Also, serves on the Voto Latino board and co-chairs their artist coalition.
JANE HORTON
Jane is a Gold Star Wife, former senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense and one of our country’s most visible names in veteran affairs and fallen soldiers’ activism. She brings over a decade of experience as a respected and influential global leader in the national security, humanitarian, and veterans space. She is a fearless and relentless advocate; one who has successfully fostered bipartisan collaboration on legislation, policies, and programs to better the lives of veterans, service members, their families, and those across the globe.

ADVISORY BOARD

LTG Francis Beaudette
Retired as a Green Beret, a Special Forces Officer, and a 3-star Army General after 32 years of service. He last served as the Commanding General of United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). As Commander he oversaw the nation’s Green Berets, Rangers, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, and many other elite and classified top-secret units. He lives in South Carolina with his wife Liz, loves to fish, and has three children.
LTG Herman Clardy III
Retired as a 3-star Marine General after 29 years of service. He last served as the Commanding General of III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) in Okinawa, Japan. LtGen Clardy led the initial invasion of Iraq and was instrumental in saving the lives of seven American Prisoners of War. Clardy lives in South Carolina with his wife Alison, also a Marine Corps Veteran; they have three daughters.
LTG Charles Luckey
Retired as Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, United States Army Reserve Command, after over 43 years of service to the nation. Luckey led a community-based force of more than 200,000 Soldiers and Civilians in all 50 states, five territories, and more than 30 countries. As a civilian, LTG Luckey is a litigation partner in the firm of Blanco Tackabery & Matamoros P.A. He lives in North Carolina with his wife Julie.
Kelly Störmer
Commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer with the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps. Störmer’s final Navy tour was in Washington D.C. where she served as the White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy and as a White House Social Aide. She is currently Executive Director at Combined Arms, a dynamic impact organization using innovation, technology and service delivery to disrupt the Veteran transition experience. Störmer is a military spouse and a Mom to three boys.
Todd Bowers
Served 12 years in the United State Marine Corps Reserve reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. During his time in the Marine Corps he served two tours in Iraq, and one tour in both Afghanistan and South America. Todd currently serves as the Head of Corporate Social Impact at Wayfair where he manages corporate-wide impact support strategies. Bowers and his wife, Jessica, live in Wayland, Massachusetts with their two daughters.
Stephanie Carter
Recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for her dedication to Military Families and Veterans. Carter is the founder of The Verse Media, Inc., a startup focused on elevating the conversation with the 40+ consumer. Carter has decades of leadership experience in business, public service, advocacy and the arts. She is the wife of former Secretary of former Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter.
John Wayne Troxell
Served in the U.S. Army for over 37 years, including five combat tours of duty. Served as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, making him the most senior enlisted member of the Armed Forces.
Julia Nesheiwat
A combat veteran and intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, serving consecutive tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. Served as Homeland Security Advisor, 2020 - 2021. Also served as senior executive in the Department of State and Director of National Intelligence.
